I have a Gateway 2000 computer. When I turn on the computer lately, I receive the error message:

A fatal exception 0E has occurred at 016F:BFF9A25B. The current applicatin will be terminated.

Press any key to terminate the current application.
Press Ctrl+Alt+Del again to restart your computer.

Press any key to continue.

Nothings seems to work! Help!

Test this error message by unplugging USB devices from your computer. Specifically, recent additions. If this works, then one of your devices has a bad driver and you should update it. If this does not work, you may actually try reinstalling the USB drivers for the actual ports on your motherboard/PCI card. Make sure they come from the manufacturer.

If you still get the error message with all USB devices unplugged, it is a problem with your video card. Get the most current version of your computer's video card driver to fix this issue.
