winxp/hp511n/ have read all solutions, however, none will work if you are unable to access any programs. I can't go to control panel or search to uninstall Del Fin. I have contacted Del Fin same info as MS. Suggestions? Can I do anything through 'run'without changing the registry in msconfig? Did the PgMonitr unchecked and that just caused more problems in the long run.
