In the device manager there is a "?" with an "!" on: pci communication device, pci multimedia audio device and I cannot set my internet account because it doesn't see the mothem.

well first off if you atleast checked your spelling.
what is a mothem? motherboard or modem/ which one???

first off just delete the item in the device manager and it will re-install upon the next boot cycle, if it doesnt then go buy another one and install that.

It looks like it is an IRQ problem. If you are able to try and reallocate an IRQ to the modem if there is a conflict. If not try and get an updated driver from the internet.
