By using your brain, you will find that several other programs are available that work much better than outlook and IE and anything else MS supplies.

No, wait... I am wrong, MS would only put the best stuff for you to use on their CD ROM, the customer is always their concern, not $$$, no way.

You should look at the messages on this board, you will find that outlook is talked about quite a bit, and considering this is a place to post bugs and problems.... well, you get my drift.
