Running Windows 2000Pro on 550 AMDK6. Office XP installed ok, except for Outlook. When attempting to open em displays "Unable to open your default e-mail folders. The .DLL file for the information serviceot be found. MAPI was unable to load the information service PSTPRX.DLL. Be sure the service is correctly installed and configured. Most info I can find advises making changes in Mail Services, from the Outlook Options tab. Unfortunately the Options choice from the tools menu is greyed out. I have tried to upload a copy of pstprx.dll but cannot locate it anywhere on the web. I doubt this is the solution anyway. Any ideas?

It involves creating a new profile. It does work!
