After some cleaning action it may happen that you have lost some essential files, like the olepro32.dll.
Many programs rely on the VBruntime files, and if they are missing essential programs won't run.
What you could try is to download VBRun60sp5.exe from the Microsoft Product Support services pages.
Refer to:

Download the file and run it, it will install files like OLEPro32.dll and many other much needed dll's.Greetings,

Get your Install CD out and handy.Go to the MSDOS prompt/Command line and type: "SFC /now". This should run the System File Checker and replace the file if needed with a new version from your install CD. This should do the trick. Computerpilot

I found a bunch of people on this list that show the question but not the answer or if there are any replies, I can't access them. I saw one reply that said it is in win 95, I found a website that has the download (for $15) which says it is in Win 98, and I have Win 98 with a Win ME upgrade. So I assume it is a windows program? Can I just reinstall the Win CD? On Second thought can I go to add/remove, click install, and when it lists setup, use browse to search the program for a DLL file? Will it list them seperately or is that part of the program itself? Or do I HAVE to go through the entire set up process?
