I've got a problem with shuting down my pc. I've got Fatal Exception 0E at 0028:C001409B in VXD VMM(01) + 0001309B when turning off my pc. Don't know why it happens. If you know solution for my problem please reply to skosk@o2.pl

This error message is associated with a old/outdated/corrupt Matrox video card driver. Matrox has issued a new driver to address this issue and is available on their website.

I Have the same erro but when the computer is about log into windows. but sometimes the error is a VFAT instead of the VXD.VMM but it eventually show up

I have that problem but is when I'm turning on my PC and is about to log into Windows. why is that

I'm getting the same problem, but pretty randomly. Someone please help, this is driving me up the wall! Its mostly happening when connected to the internet, so i dont see how 2 people could be getting the same error for 2 different reasons :S
Any help?? Pleeease?
