Can't open more than one internet explorer at Post a Reply
From: Derek on 11/03/2006
When i am surfing for the best price and comparisions on items, i open everything in new windows, after i have about 5 or so open for a while, and i open a new one or tab, it stays blank and says connecting in the tab and the status bar stays completly blank. I can not open any other explorer applications like, windows media player, a folder or even solitare untill i go in to the task manager and close iexplorer.exe and sometimes there are more than one. if i close all open windows first, iexplorer.exe will still be active in the task manager. it will not close when i close the browser. once i terminate it in the task manager, it operates fine untill i start opening more then it does it all over again. Any helpful sugestions? I have tried reinstalling everything and it doesn't help. Thank you

Yea, stop using whatever they give you by default. MS sucks.
Go download Firefox, millions of others have and love it.
Stop using outlook as your mail program, read about all the bugs and reports of getting viruses and then use something else.
