Boot your computer by bootable Windows 98 SE CD (for this use the option given in the BIOS setup. Format partition C. Then install Windows 98 SE by this CD. Next time when it restarts, boot it by the hard disk. I hope this will work. If it fails then before installation, reset the partitions using fdisk. First of all delete the partitions one by one then create the partitions one by one making the first partition active. After restart, format all the partitions and then install Windows 98 SE. But before this process don't forget to keep backup of your useful files. Goodluck!
