HELP! I have tried everything but cannot get musicmatch to work ater having at least two years of music without any problems. I cannot get back into online services! Does anyone have an answer? The tech support at Musicmatch (yahoo) has ben no help!

I am getting an "unrecoverable error" message when MusicMatch 10 os installed and I try to use the On Demand, Music Store, and Radio options. Have been through all the suggested fixes, and still nothing works. My old 8.2 version of Musicmatch worked fine. Any recommendations???

Same here. MusicMatch 10 latest version gives "unrecoverable error" when doing search for on demand service. MM's customer service was a joke, kept sending me form letters on how to access www.windowsupdate.com -- gee thanks...real help there.Older versions DO NOT work for me. So, you two are lucky.

same problem here. uninstalled and reinstalled but still no luck. also downloaded an older version from oldversion.com and it works fine, but do the upgrade and same error message.
