when I close outlook express I get this followed by: The instruction at "Ox77f52109" referenced memory at "Ox007f47c8". The memory could not be "written". What does this mean besides that I'm not very computer literate

Catherine, Since making the changes in VIEW and TOOLS, as outlined in my reply of 20 May, I have had no further error messages. Like yourself the problem began after installing Wanadoo.

Have had a similar problem! If you are using FREESERVE or WANADOO software the solution could be as follows: 1 Open Outlook Express 2 Click on VIEW then LAYOUT and then untick INFOPANE 3 Next, click on TOOLS then OPTIONS then READ and then remove the tick from AUTOMATICALLY DOWNLOAD MESSAGE

I am getting this same response when closing outlook express..each time the numbers and letters are slightly different...i too am a not very computer literate and would like some help!
