On a older Digital with a Pentium Processor running Windows 98 second edition whenever I go to obtain windows updates for my system or an update for IE I get an error...0028:C0052a0e in VXD VPICD(01) + 00001EC2.I can get to the Microsoft site... but when it goes to start the updates, 1/4 way thru... the blue screen error occurs. I perform an alt/ctl/del and it shuts the browser window and I can keep working. What's up? Thanks, Bill
