I get this at times when I try to shutdown. If I alt=ctl-del and reboot and shutdown again it shuts down ok (sometimes).

I get the same message...it happens when all of a sudden my computer (sometimes) freezes and it would jump to this blue screen showing this message...what does it mean....I cannot do anything...cannot even do a CTRL ALT DEL to restart....I had to push the comp button to shut it off entirely...HELP!!!!!
