when i open the word particular documents it will open ,but we change some modification and save the documents ,the following error was apper "winword caused an page fault module ms09.dll at 017f:30a91745" we are reinstalled twice in ms-office 2000 still there is a problem ..

Try deleting the Normal.dot template.
