After around an hour (when running in programs)my computer will crash. The only way to get it working again is to restart the machine, as both the mouse and keyboard completly freeze up. The hard disk activity light on the front of my machine will also go off.I have taken the machine to the shop to be fixed, but they cannot find any errors in the drive, and can find nothing wrong with it.
The shop suggested it could be a power problem at our home, but when we tried an uninterruptable power supply the crash just kept on happening.
They suggested it could also be a memory fault, but I have 80 percent free disk space!
