I recently installed an extra 32meg of ram, and have been having regular crashes (invalid instruction, page faults etc) in many applications. I have since removed the extra memory, but the problem persists. I have reinstalled Win 95, and all the original drivers that were in place before the problems started. Could I have just damaged the memory? Cheers

Overclocking memory is a real easy way to make a system unstable. If your memory bus runs at 100 Mhz, DON'T put a 66 Mhz module in there! Whether that's the case or not, it's still an important consideration. If you did a true reformat and reinstall with all your backed up data after removing the new memory module then I'm not sure why you'd still be having the same problems. Overclocked memory also can totally toast some read/write operations and could mess up some important files as well. May be a great idea to check bus speed and memory to be sure they're compatible. Hope that helps!
