Help!!!!!

Had a power flop (I know I need UPS, lack $$$ for it right now), anyway Word will not work? Says "Not enough Memory", and/or "Kernel 32 error user.exe", and/or "Windows error 0E:017F:BFF8E64B"?

Any suggestions?

You have given us some very vague error messages and did not describe when you get them. I am not sure if you are having the problem using Word or when you boot up. This error message usually occurs during boot, therefore, I am unsure if you are getting another problem.

Also, if it is true that the problem occured after your power problem, then I would also suspect you have bad memory. It is possible it was damaged and needs to be replace. If you have more than one chip installed, you may consider removing one at a time and trying different combinations to see if you have any success.

Otherwise, please post back with more specifics of your your problem and list each error message in its entirety.

Thanks.
