: I am having the same problem. When I attempt to fax,I keep getting the Windows Messaging: The set of folders could not be opened. An unexpected error has occurred. Mapi was unable to load the information service. PSTPTX.DLL. Be sure the service is correctly installed and configured. I am running windows 98se and outlook 2000.
