Hi,

I have a user running windows 2000 and office 2000 SR-1 and SP2. He is getting "program is not responding” and outlook crashes. I have reloaded office 2000, SR-1 and SP2 and he is still having this problem. Outlook is the only program that crashes, and this happens 4 to 5 times a day. Any ideas on what to do next would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
CB

I have been trying to figure this one out too. It is driving me nuts. I have a Toshiba Laptop, XP Home and 256 Megs of memory and I am not running all that much. It seems like when I am in compose mode (reply mostly) and I either hit enter or an arrow key it freezes and then I get (the program is not responding) (send error report to Microsoft) and then it closes.
