: Norton System Works Same problem, this has occurred from _-worm Klez virus.
Have downloaded free AVG 6.0 from www.grisoft.com but am unable to remove fully from restore file. Check internet from searching for antivirus tools and full instructions for isolating virus from system is available. Still cannot access dll file HELP

Try reinstalling Norton AntiVirus/System Works. Remove the application from add/remove programs. Reboot the computer, and then reinstall the application.
