Whenever I try to open "Internet Explorer" or "My Computer" this error comes up. These are the details:

What software have you installed recently? Try removing programs like Yahoo companion. They can have nasty side effects.

exactly I am with you cause a few weeks ago my computer could not open IE either, although what's strange about it it happened when I got this screensaver pop-up :/ before that it could open IE so if anyone has any reasons why it would be helpful.
