I'm operating MS Word 97 on a Compaq Presario and keep getting this error message when I try to print: WINWORD caused a general protection fault in module HPFWIN16.DLL at 0016:00008632. Any recommendations?

: Problem solved ... for now. The hpfwin16.dll file is associated with an hp printer I no longer use, so I uninstalled the files for it.
