On an Acer Aspire 5538, Windows 7, it keeps reading the message:

Intel UNDI, PXE-2.1 (build 082)
Copyright (C) 1997-2000 Intel Corporation

Realtek PCI Express Gigabit Ethernet Controller Series v2.26 (090219)
PXE-E61: Media tezt failure, check cable
PXE-M0F: Exiting PXE ROM.
No bootable device--insert boot disk and press any key

I pressed any key and it showed up again! I just don't know what to do now! Please help me!

This stuff happened to me as well. I think it also has to do with cpu overheating. It happened when I didn't have my cooler fan on it and I guess it overheated. I don't know I really wish I can fix this.
