I'm a novice at laptop (PC for that matter)repair, but finances req'd. that I repair my laptop myself. I had a diagnosis done and was told the system board needed replacing. I bought a new system board and downloaded instructions on how to replace it. After completing the replacement, I tried to boot up and got the message: "PXE-61: Media test failure, check cable PXE-MOF: Exiting Intel PXE ROM. Insert System Disk in drive Press any key when ready"I've used the system disk to no avail and I've read most of the fixes here on the bulletin board, but none seem to work in my case. I go into the CMOS and on the second page, under "DRIVES I/O" the line "BUILT-IN HDD = NO DRIVE" Does this mean my hard drive isn't working ? Thanks
