I have a acer extens 6600 serier "Extens 6602 model".When I turn it on it displays: PXE-E61: Media test failure, check cable
PXE-M0F: Exiting Broadcom PXE ROM
Operating system not found.
After displaying the message the fan sound turns off for some time and turns on again and at time keeps coming continuously and at time stops and starts.
Please advise.

Very occasionally it boots up and loads windows XP.
