That's the server we use for other 100 desktop computers get the virus

But sometimes during Midday that process take all the cpu resources
and there is no other way to stop than shutdown the computer.

If somebody experience the situation with Symantec antivirus please advice me of what may be I am doing wrong or what's the better aproach to resolve this.
