As a novice computer user I have recently tried to update windows 95 to windows 98 and get a blue screen that reads 'Fatal Exception Error has occured at 0028:C027974D in VXD IOS(04) + 00001FC9'. I would love someone out there to help me. I can't afford the latest wizz bang system....just looking for a simple upgrade. I even had to borrow this net connection to ask the question. Any help greatly appreciated. Thanks
