Some times FAXMNG32.EXE will use 100% of CPU usage & will slow my computer down ... It takes control, while very few programs are running ... Any ideas???

This response work to me. I create s batch file in a scheduled task to delete *.FXD file once a week.

I HAVE EXPERIENCED SAME ISSUE AND FIXED IT AS FOLLOWING:
GO TO DATA DIRECTORY AND DELETED THE JUNK FILES LIKE FXR, FXS, IND, ETC... MY DATA DIRECTORY WAS FLOODED WITH THESE 500MB+ OF THESE OLD FILES.
