Cant delete Folder

This is my problem i cant delete the folder on my Ulead DVD Movie Factory,it shows like i am sharing the folder i cant even see the property i need help. Ps. the folder is empty. Thanks

go into safe mode and delete from there

Search for "Delete Doctor". It's a small application that will delete it for you when you restart your computer.
