Fatal exception OE at 0028:C003CBD2 in VXD IOS (01) + 000146E

Windows 98se, when I restart my computer now, I get this error message. Just started happening after running the windows updates? Related? Solution is???? Thanks!

I had the same problem updated Nero6.6.0.15a and incd 4.3.14 and the problem was fixed
