I can't start computer both normal and safe mode due to this error . Because I have licence software and data , so i can't go for reinstall os.

First Norton Auto proctect message shows "Can't determine path of configuration path" then after pressing enter key logon screen come,when i enter username and password and click ok this error comes "Explorer.exe caused an invalid Page fault in Explorer.exe at 017f: 00401f31"

Plz help me to find this solution. Since i have gone though knoledgebase in microsoft but no result
