from Ray just wanted to say thanks to GLM on how to fix My problem. I followed his instructions and it worked. THANKS GLM. I also am useing a HP 722c DESKJET printer and also upgraded from HP web site the latest drivers.All I can say is that it is great to have someone out there who has the KNOW. Many thanks again GLM
