computer locks up when i try to download anything |

I have a new computer that is locking up when i am on the internet. I have DSL which comes up fast and without problems but as soon as I start to download anything my computer freezes (as an example, i was trying to view a bill from my phone company and when clicked on "view bill", my computer just froze. I get a "task not responding" message. any ideas as to what I can do to fix this?

Hi Aimee,This issue seems to be with the system resources, I think you have less system resources which are not supporting to download any software, I recommend you to increase the RAM and try downloading.
