Hello,
I am running a Dell inspiron 8000 laptop. M850 with 256mb of sodim 100 memory. Windows ME. I can no longer hotsnyc my 3975. I get an MS09.DLL error message. How can I reload MS09.dll? Thanks, Jeff

Office 2000 has a repair option that usually corrects this issue. The dll file in question is used by the entire office suite. If you insert your install disk, you should get a repair option.

Try this first, then feel free to post back if it does not work.
