I am getting the above noted errors on shutdown using winxp pro sp1 on shutdown. If I choose to end task, everything goes smooth. I have search google a number of times and cannot find any reference to these files. I would appreciate any and all help to fix this problem. This is driving me crazy, and I am losing whatever hair I have left.The actual error messages are: WND_msdvx.dll
WND_msdvx16.dll
