I have Windows ME. If it's been on a while and I close Outlook Express, I get the above error message. Sometimes when I click CLOSE, it closes and I move on. Most of the time, however, I click CLOSE and the same error message appears. I can hold the ENTER button down and it will keep reiterating. Nothing I've read seems to apply to this problem. I can't get rid of the error message without restarting my computer. What a drag!
