I am using W98SE and want to remove some stuff from my start up tray by using Run-msconfig-startup but the box appears for a brief second then disappears

I think this problem has got something to do with 'myway toolbar' invading my system - I've managed to get rid of the toolbar but cannot delete everything else - does anyone have any easy step-by-step instructions on full deletions - please no jargon - some of us are still novices...................thanks Zeta

Thanks Blake but no joy - I downloaded 'stinger' but no viruses were found.

I can't open 'regedit' either the same thing happens - it disappears after a few seconds.

I've tried everything - please HELP!!!

U probably got a W32 worm try downloading Stinger, U can get it from this link for free.
