My Windows 98 PC will not turn off without unplugging hard drive. The monitor is giving me an invalid sync with PC so I can not shut down regular way. I know the monitor works b/c I have tried on other PCs. I am afraid something got fried inside the box because I have same problem when I move the PC. Once I plug in the on light comes on and I can not shut down system without unplugging. Any ideas?
