I have a sony vaio pcg-grx560 and the OS has gone bad on me so i am trying to reinstall it... I have the recovery cd in the drive and when the computer starts (disk drive never spools up)up it goes to the black screen with options to start in safe mode, safe w/ networking, safe w/ command prompt, last known good config, and start windows normally....when any one of these is picked it goes to a blue screen and says something like registy failure..so i am trying to boot to the disk using the BIOS stuff, but it doesnt give me an option of where to boot to...can someone please help , thanks derek
