Does anyone know what this error is...

IEXPLORE caused an invalid page fault in
module at 0000:8289efbe.

I get it everytime I try to delete a bunch of emails at once or when I try to sign up for a message board. Sometimes I get the send error message and I click the more info and get this...

AppName: iexplore.exe   AppVer: 6.0.2800.1106   ModName: unknown
ModVer: 0.0.0.0   Offset: 696c696d

or this...

ModVer: 0.0.0.0   Offset: 2d2d2d2d

Hi Rachel

Try starting Windows in safe mode and then run scandisk.Reboot in normal mode and see if it helps,it can't do any harm.

To get into safe mode hold down the conrol key then boot up.When you see the menu let go of the control key and choose safe mode.Your computer will look a bit odd because in safe mode it only loads the minimum drivers it needs to load. When you reboot in normal mode everything will be back to normal although you might have rearrange your desktop icons to where you want them.

I can't promise it will fix your prob but it has been known to work

Hope it helps,Cheers Paul

No one knows what could be the problem? I just noticed that it usually happens when I am filling out a text box or numerous text boxes and hit enter.
