I've embedded Windows Media Player into a web page. However, if the web page is closed during playback, it will crash the browser. This problem has occurred with Windows 98, IE 5.5, Mozilla, and Netscape 7, as well as Windows Media Player 6.4 and 7. Platform, browser, and WMP version do not seem to make a difference.

Has anyone else encountered a problem like this? I've searched Microsoft.com and MSDN.com until my fingers are ready to fall off, but I can't find anything useful (note: I'm NOT using the Norwegian version of WMP).
