I read some of the posts and I would like to clarify what is meant by the advice: "Scroll through extensions if you find a long one, right click & delete."Should I click on each thing in the list and how do I know if an extension is a "long one?" I haven't got a clue as you can tell and maybe I shouldn't attempt to do this as I could cause more problems? However, I sure would like to solve it.
