I have just purchased HP photosmart 7550 printer, running win98se. Modem will not comminicate when printer usb is plugged in. Unplug printer and modem works fine. Previous HP usb printer was ok.Have tried different modem and also checked interupes etc.
HP tell me to update USB chipset drivers,. but this is not possible as they are inbuilt. HP dont want to know, can anybody help !!.
