Hi, I am having a big problem. I have no idea what to do about it, because I am new with computers.When I load Diablo 2 (non expansion), it goes to a black screen, then an error pops up saying the following: UNHANDLED EXEPTION: ACCESS_VIOLATION (c0000005) I really need a solution/help with this. Thanks so much..

yeah im having the same problem, everybody says it can be solved bij defrag the hard disk or reinstall... nothing seems to work.. ill try and contact blizzard altough im not sure i understand what i have to send them excactly

blizzard wont help i've tryed everything with blizzard, but they suck shit!!!! they dont even know what they are saying lolsomone please whoever fixed this problem, tell us.

u need to contact blizzard tech support, they can help u.
I get it quite frequently.www.blizzard.com it isnt ur operating system. only difference, is i get it in LOD after i exit game.
