Hey, I just solved this problem yesterday! Your Oleaut32.dll is corrupted. What you need to do is go to Start-Run and enter sfc. Go to extract one file from installation disk and insert your Windows 98, 2000, ME, or whatever disk in. Search for the Oleaut32.dll file and load it from the disk to replace the file currently on your computer. Restart and presto, you are good to go!
