When I try to start Outlook Express, Win 2000 freezes and nothing happens
or the computer is very slow. U can oush buttons or move the mouse = nothing happens

Windows 2000 will have an error log called an event log in the control panel-administrative tools.

Look in here for more clues to the problem under both Application event and system event.
