Error "0E at 0197:BFF9DFF"... I have gotten this error for a while using Windows 98 se....I am also have problems with internet explorer and it crashing. Anyone have any ideas?

The problem is, is that the CPU is returning a page fault or exception to the O.S about a particular file which may have corrupt code within it.

Locate the file and make a reference of its location and look for the file through google search (www.google.com).
Download the file and unpack it. Copy the file in a dos shell or in dos mode (in case the file is being used by windows) to the path you made a note of preivously.

If the problem re-occurs then locate the files application and uninstall it and then re-install it. The internet explorer may be crashing due to the file being of some importance to I.E.
