I wish I know. If you get the answer let me know. Ever since I installed the DSL line about a year or so ago we have had nothing but problems with AOL the system crashing while online. Constantly getting this WAOL errors and the Kernel32.dll errors as well. Do you have DSL? Have you noticed it since you installed the DSL? Good Luck. Jean
