While using Eudora 5., I often get this fatal exception error. When allerted w/blue screen meassage, the cursor freezes and OFTEN the Ctrl-Alt-Del combination won't shut down the program. I have checked Eudora's website - they say it's a hardware problem.
I often have to use the re-set button on my computer to re-boot.
My computer uses Win98SE, AMD-K6 36, 256 RAM.
Any information about this would be appreciated.
