As my computer is booting up it says that the file DBLBUFF.SYS is missing or corrupted. I have no problems going to Windows but when I use Internet Explorer 6, if any sort of pop-up or new window comes up, it forces me to close all programs and restore my desktop. Then if I try to load up Internet Explorer again, I get a blue screen and I have to restart my computer. What should I do? Please help as this is the most aggravating problem.
